Refund Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. PostFury does not provide refunds for subscription payments, usage entitlements, unused subscription time, unused credits or allowances, generated content, rejected content, failed campaigns, dissatisfaction with AI output, X platform restrictions, account growth outcomes, or temporary service interruptions, except where we decide to correct a genuine billing error at our sole discretion or where required by law.

This Refund Policy applies to PostFury services accessed through any PostFury-owned domain or subdomain, including postfury.app and app surfaces operated by PostFury. If you use or access PostFury on any such domain or subdomain, you are accepting this policy, and it is your responsibility to review the current version of this policy before continuing to use the service.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription payments are billed in advance through our payment providers. You may cancel your subscription through your account or billing portal where available, or by contacting support. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period, and you may continue to access paid benefits until the end of your current paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms violation.

We do not provide full or partial refunds for the current billing period, missed cancellation windows, inactive accounts, unused features, or unused time.

3. Credits, Limits, and Usage Entitlements

Credits, usage limits, trials, promotional grants, and similar entitlements are limited service rights used to request product features and related processing. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable.

Credit grants, expiration, rollover behavior, and consumption are governed by the applicable plan, payment provider state, and PostFury service rules.

4. AI Output and Campaign Results

AI-assisted outputs, analytics, suggestions, and workflow recommendations can be variable, subjective, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular creative, social, advertising, or business purpose.

We do not provide refunds because an output does not match your expectations, is not accepted by X or another platform, requires iteration, resembles other generated content, does not grow your account, does not produce engagement, or is not commercially successful.

5. Moderation, Rejections, and Failed Attempts

PostFury may reject prompts, uploads, connected-account activity, scheduling requests, generation requests, or other content for safety, legal, provider, payment, or platform reasons. Rejected or blocked content does not create a refund right.

If a provider or workflow failure occurs and PostFury releases credits, retries, or usage entitlement according to its internal service logic, that release or retry is the exclusive remedy for the failed attempt unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, duplicated, or charged the wrong amount, contact support@postfury.app as soon as possible. We will investigate genuine billing errors and may, at our sole discretion, correct the issue through account credits, billing-provider adjustment, or charge reversal.

This billing-error process does not create a general refund right.

7. Service Availability

Temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party provider outages, X platform outages, generation delays, queue delays, storage issues, billing-provider issues, model unavailability, API restrictions, or feature changes do not qualify for refunds. The service is provided as available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Chargebacks and Contact

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate the issue. We may suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks, disputed payments, fraud indicators, or payment abuse.

For refund or billing questions, contact support@postfury.app.
